Delivery
- Flat fee of R150 anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy.
- Orders are dispatched once PayFast confirms payment; delivery usually takes 1–3 working days to main centres, longer to outlying areas.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email.
7-day returns
If you change your mind, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The iPhone must be returned in the same condition with all included items, and signed out of your Apple ID (Find My turned off). Once we've inspected it we'll refund you through the original payment method.
6-month warranty
Every pre-owned iPhone is covered for 6 months against functional faults that are not caused by accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs or misuse. We'll repair, replace or refund at our discretion. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
